TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Invokify! By using our website (https://invokify.dev) and services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED
Invokify helps entrepreneurs launch startups faster by delivering a sale-focused landing page and a core-feature implementation within 14 days. Our "14 Days MVP Package" includes:
- A pre-configured website and web app for user signups, emails, support, feedback and payments.
- Implementation of one core feature in the application.
- Delivery of the project code to the client’s versioning system (e.g., Git).

2. OWNERSHIP & USAGE RIGHTS
- Upon purchase, clients own the delivered code and may modify it as needed.
- Clients may not resell or redistribute the code or any part of it.

3. PAYMENT TERMS
- A 30% deposit of the total package price is invoiced at project start.
- The remaining balance is due upon project completion.
- No refunds are available, as we iterate until the client is satisfied.

4. DATA COLLECTION & PRIVACY
- We collect personal data such as name, email, and payment information.
- We use web cookies to enhance the user experience.

5. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of France.

6. UPDATES TO THE TERMS
